Sudanese * Create recipes for all products.. * Enter recipes into the program.. * Control warehouse issuance to the kitchen based on daily production (issuance only according to the recipe for daily production) High accuracy in reducing waste.. * Create production orders for the kitchen only based on warehouse issuance and daily production.. * Create a daily report on (production, sales, spoilage, and remaining balance carried over to the next day) * Conduct periodic inventory to match the remaining balance in the kitchen.. * Conduct periodic inventory to match warehouse items.. * Monitor inventory item movement.. * Create purchase orders as follows: 1/ Based on the purchase ceiling for each item.. 2/ Based on the brand or approved company for the item.. 3/ Based on the approved supplier.. 4/ Based on the approved price.. * Follow up on supplier payments. * Determine the break-even point calculation (sales value that covers recipe costs and other expenses) * Follow up on delivery company accounts (The Chefz.. HungerStation).. * Reconcile bank and treasury accounts.. * Record expenses.. * Create and prepare the accounting manual or chart of accounts.. * Prepare payroll statements.. * Prepare tax and zakat accounts.. * Inventory of assets, create depreciation entries, and create an asset register.. * Archive accounts and administrative documents in numerical and qualitative sequence.. * Prepare internal forms that facilitate data flow and control procedures.. * Prepare the income statement or profit and loss statement.. and profit distribution.. * Prepare the balance sheet..
