I am a Saudi chef specializing in Italian and American cuisine. I studied culinary arts in Italy and learned the fundamentals of traditional Italian cuisine from professional chefs, in addition to studying American cuisine and its modern cooking and dish development techniques.
I have over ten years of practical experience in professional kitchens and restaurant management and operation. Throughout my career, I have developed my own special recipes that combine authentic taste with calculated costs, while considering the quality of ingredients and minimizing food allergens as much as possible, in line with market and customer needs.
I also have extensive experience in establishing and operating restaurants from scratch, starting with menu engineering, calculating the actual cost of dishes, and developing recipes, through equipping kitchens and establishing operating systems, to training and qualifying staff to work according to the highest professional standards.
I have participated in the opening of several restaurants and supervised their operation and staff training, which contributed to raising the level of quality and operational stability and achieving a clear identity for each project.
