General Leadership and Management: Set the company's overall vision and strategy. Manage daily operations and ensure operational efficiency. Supervise departments (Sales, Marketing, Maintenance, Customer Service). Build, develop, and motivate professional teams. 2. Sales and Business Development: Prepare and implement annual sales plans and achieve set goals. Develop sales channels (B2B / B2C / Projects / Government Contracts). Build strategic relationships with key clients (companies, gas stations, complexes). Analyze the market and competitors and identify expansion opportunities. 3. Marketing: Develop and implement the marketing strategy (digital and field). Manage advertising campaigns and promotions. Promote the company's brand in the local market. Use analysis tools to measure performance and improve results. 4. Customer Service: Develop an integrated Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Ensure customer satisfaction and improve user experience. Follow up on complaints and resolve them quickly and efficiently. Build customer loyalty programs. 5. Operations and Maintenance: Supervise maintenance and installation teams. Ensure machine readiness and operational quality. Manage periodic and emergency maintenance contracts. Improve operational efficiency and reduce breakdowns. 6. Financial Management: Prepare budgets and monitor financial performance. Improve profitability and reduce operational costs. Prepare periodic reports for senior management or owners. 🧠 Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Engineering (preferred). Minimum 7-10 years of experience in a similar field. Direct experience in: Selling devices or equipment (preferably car washes or industrial equipment). Local or Gulf market). Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams. 💼 Required Skills: High leadership and decision-making skills. Strong sales and negotiation experience. Deep understanding of the local market and competitors. Data analysis skills and data-driven decision-making. Ability to build long-term relationships with clients. Excellent communication skills (Arabic + English). 📊 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Achieve annual sales targets. Market share growth. Customer satisfaction rate. Reduce breakdowns and increase operational efficiency.
