Living room and a glass-enclosed living room overlooking the garden. All have concrete roofs, a bedroom + kitchen. Two bathrooms. Outdoor women's majlis with an L-shaped seating area and a bathroom. In the garden, a circular seating area among palm trees, various trees, and a winter tent. Safe children's playground, resistant to hot and rainy weather. Upper floor: Independent entrance with an automatic gate and stairs. The entire resort is furnished, including outdoor ground and upper seating furniture. There are 2 wells: one on the east side, 170 meters deep. The water is almost sweet. The concrete was good, but recently it weakened, and they said it needs deepening and possibly cleaning, and there is a submersible pump. The second well is on the north side, 264 meters long, salty. No desalination system installed. It pumps for two hours a day for a long time, then suddenly stops. It's possible there's a fault with the submersible pump, as it hasn't been maintained. The location for a third well has been identified with 75% certainty, but it has not been dug. Two underground tanks, 10 meters each, in the back corner of the resort, with a 6000 square meter empty back area. It includes a guard's room with a kitchen and bathroom, a slaughterhouse for animals, and personal pens for sheep and chickens. 3 electricity meters. *Owner's note: Unfortunately, due to being outside Hail, the resort has been neglected, despite having a caretaker.
