📢 Job Announcement | Sewing Designer and Supervisor 📍 Work Location: Al Khobar – Kingdom of Saudi Arabia We are looking for a professional Sewing Designer and Supervisor to join our team, combining creativity in design with practical experience in production execution and management. Applicants must have strong experience in sewing, tailoring, and fashion design, and be capable of overseeing the quality of execution, managing the team, and the workshop. Job Responsibilities: • Designing new models for abayas, dresses, and women's clothing. • Drawing patterns and transforming designs into executable models. • Selecting appropriate fabrics, materials, and accessories for each design. • Supervising cutting, sewing, and final finishing. • Monitoring production quality and ensuring compliance with sizes and specifications. • Receiving customer orders and making necessary adjustments. • Managing the workshop and organizing workflow and orders. • Coordinating with suppliers and sourcing required fabrics and materials. • Managing the sewing team and ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality of execution. Requirements: • For women only. • Saudi or non-Saudi. • Minimum 5 years of experience in sewing, tailoring, and fashion design. • Strong knowledge of fabric and material types. • Experience in pattern drawing and handling measurements. • Ability to use design software such as Illustrator or pattern software is a plus. • Leadership personality capable of managing a team. • Commitment, accuracy, and ability to handle work pressure.
