Receptionist and Accountant – Car Maintenance Center
Job Responsibilities:
- Receiving customers, welcoming them, and recording their data.
- Opening work orders and following up on vehicle status.
- Preparing invoices, collecting payments, and managing daily accounting operations.
- Following up on spare parts and ensuring their availability.
- Coordinating with technicians and monitoring workflow within the workshop.
- Communicating with customers and updating them on repair status.
- Organizing and professionally maintaining files and records.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the same field (preferably car maintenance centers).
- Proficiency in using computers and billing software.
- High communication skills and good customer service.
- Ability to withstand work pressure and be organized.
- Preferably has knowledge of car spare parts.
