A major company in Riyadh is looking to recruit a national talent to fill the vacant position of (Warehouse Keeper) to work under the supervision of the financial department, according to the following requirements and tasks:
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving inventory and materials, and matching them quantitatively and qualitatively with purchase orders and invoices.
- Documenting financial and documentary records and accurately preparing Goods Received Notes (MRN) and issue vouchers.
- Strict control over inventory movement and ensuring no item leaves without an approved financial document.
- Conducting periodic inventory counts (daily, weekly, monthly) and reconciling balances with the ERP system.
- Organizing and classifying warehouses according to the (FIFO) policy to minimize spoilage risks.
- Monitoring safety stock levels and reorder points to ensure operational continuity.
- Submitting periodic reports on stagnant and damaged materials and proposing disposal methods.
- Adhering to safety and security standards to ensure warehouse safety from fire or theft.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in (Accounting, Business Administration, or Warehouse Management).
- Practical experience ranging from 3 to 5 years in warehouse management and inventory control.
- Full proficiency in working with ERP systems such as (SAP, Oracle, Odoo).
- Advanced skills in using Excel.
- High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
Job Details:
- Work Location: Riyadh City.
- Working Hours: 8 hours per day.
- Working Days: 6 days per week.
