Peace be upon you Looking for Executive Operations Manager - Digital Manufacturing Workshop (CNC - Laser - Carpentry) (Proven experience in transitioning from a service workshop to production and trade) About the Opportunity: We are an integrated industrial workshop in a strategic transformation phase. We possess strong and diverse production assets (latest laser and CNC machines of all types, alongside a traditional carpentry department), but we are looking for the administrative leader who will transform these assets from mere "order receiving and delivery" into a profitable and organized production system. Work Environment and Existing Assets (What you will work with): · Metal Department: Fiber laser machine for iron cutting + CNC bending machine. · Wood and Acrylic Department: CNC router + CO2 laser machine. · Carpentry Department: Integrated workshop for wood production. · Goals: A library of ready-made designs for profitable products awaiting the hand to manage their sale and marketing. Responsibilities and Goals to Achieve (KPIs): This is not purely an office role; you are responsible for taking the workshop to the next level in the following areas: 1. Internal Management and Development (Solving the Root Problem): · Develop a smart production schedule to solve the problem of delivery delays using the current workforce without increasing current fixed costs. · Restructure the workflow between the laser and carpentry departments to maximize the utilization of available machines. · Build a database for customers and suppliers and follow up on financial collections to ensure liquidity. 2. Account Management and Customer Experience: · Be the primary point of contact with customers to ensure they become loyal customers, not just one-time orders. · Monitor operating costs so that expansion decisions (such as increasing staff) are based on new figures and revenues that you achieve. 3. Activating Marketing and Commercial Production: · Launch a private product line: We have ready-made designs for innovative products (using laser and wood). Your task is to build a marketing plan and follow up with customers until the sale is completed. · Manage social media platforms to transform them from mere showcases of work into actual sales channels. Non-Negotiable Qualifications (Selection Filter): · Proven previous experience: You have worked in a similar factory or workshop and succeeded in increasing productivity or sales by improving the system (we will ask for examples and figures in the interview). · Supervisory mindset: Able to manage accounts, scheduling, and follow up with workers with firmness and flexibility. · High self-confidence: We need someone who knows how to say "This is the solution" based on technical and administrative data, not someone who just follows instructions.
