Responsibilities and Goals to Achieve (KPIs): This is not purely an office role; you are responsible for taking the workshop to the next level in the following areas: 1. Internal Management and Development (Solving the Root Problem): · Develop a smart production schedule to solve the problem of delivery delays using the current workforce without increasing current fixed costs. · Restructure the workflow between the laser and carpentry departments to maximize the utilization of available machines. · Build a database for customers and suppliers and follow up on financial collections to ensure liquidity. 2. Account Management and Customer Experience: · Be the primary point of contact with customers to ensure they become loyal customers, not just one-time orders. · Monitor operating costs so that expansion decisions (such as increasing staff) are based on new figures and revenues that you achieve. 3. Activating Marketing and Commercial Production: · Launch a private product line: We have ready-made designs for innovative products (using laser and wood). Your task is to build a marketing plan and follow up with customers until the sale is completed. · Manage social media platforms to transform them from mere showcases of work into actual sales channels.
