I make a luxurious, homemade tabbouleh. It contains milk, barley flour, and dates. It has a thick consistency, is comforting for the stomach and nerves, and is naturally balanced in sweetness, with no added sugar or other additives. It is served cold, and you can add honey to it upon serving according to your taste. Sold by weight, 100 riyals per kilo, and orders are placed a day in advance (sometimes available the same day). You can bring your own container for pickup, or I can put it in a plastic container for you. Delivery is 50 riyals within Jeddah.
