Job Duties:
* Managing and marketing furnished apartments and real estate.
* Following up on electronic contracts through the (Ejar) platform.
* Supervising the handover and receipt of residential units.
* Periodically following up on the condition of properties and ensuring their readiness.
* Organizing and saving contracts and files.
* Following up on rents and communicating with tenants.
* Working to attract new tenants and enhance occupancy rates.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in the real estate field (preferably in managing furnished apartments).
* Experience in real estate marketing.
* Proficiency in using computers and basic software.
* High communication skills and ability to deal with tenants.
* Commitment and ability to withstand work pressure.
* Ability to organize and work with a sense of responsibility.
* Possesses a valid driver's license.
