I possess advanced expertise in preparing financial statements, financial planning, and managing accounting teams, with a high capability to improve operational efficiency, enhance internal control, and support strategic decision-making." Roles and Responsibilities (Head of Accounts): * Full supervision of accounts management, leading the accounting team, assigning tasks, and monitoring performance. * Efficiently managing and closing the monthly and annual accounting cycle, ensuring the accuracy of financial statements. * Preparing and reviewing financial statements and management reports in accordance with approved accounting standards. * Developing and implementing accounting policies and procedures, and strengthening internal control systems. * Managing cash flows and financial planning to ensure the company's financial stability and liquidity. * Preparing annual budgets, monitoring variances, analyzing financial performance, and providing recommendations. * Supervising accounts receivable and payable, optimizing collection processes, and reducing credit risks. * Reviewing bank reconciliations, ensuring the accuracy of balances, and promptly addressing discrepancies. * Overseeing inventory management and applying best practices in cost valuation and calculating the cost of goods sold. * Preparing and reviewing tax returns (VAT) and ensuring full compliance with regulations. * Coordinating with external and internal auditors and ensuring the readiness of financial records and reports. * Providing analytical reports to senior management including financial performance indicators and strategic recommendations. * Improving accounting processes through automation and the use of ERP systems and advanced Excel. * Managing financial risks and establishing controls to minimize errors and irregularities. * Supporting senior management in making financial and investment decisions based on data analysis.
