There's an app on PC. It's very clean. If you find any defect, return it and get your money back. The mic, sound, everything is fine. I want to note that I replaced the headset cushions myself to make them new and better. The old ones were torn and damaged. These are new, just arrived today, and I installed them for quality and sound. The headset doesn't have isolation, but the leather will isolate it a bit. There's something I want to mention: the USB is slightly bent to the right. If you push it hard or touch it strongly, it turns off. If you don't like it, you can fix it at a repair shop for about 10 SAR. Please don't undervalue it. It's 700 SAR new on Amazon, with no defects at all.
