I bought three special royal ghutras from a store before Eid and was surprised that the sizes were large. The exchange policy requires paying return fees as well as delivery fees. The process is lengthy and I couldn't benefit from the offer. I have two of them in unopened boxes, and the third was opened, ironed, and tried, and the size turned out to be large and it was never used. All of them are new.
