Responsibilities: • Field Supervision: Daily meticulous follow-up to ensure the highest standards of execution and finishing. • Plan Management: Reading and applying architectural and execution plans with extreme accuracy. • Field Leadership: Managing labor teams, assigning tasks, and monitoring productivity to ensure workflow. • Resource Management: Accurate quantity surveying, material ordering, and verifying their quality and compliance with specifications. • Quality & Schedule: Delivering work items according to industry standards and within the specified timeline. • Reporting: Preparing transparent periodic reports on site status and expenses. Required Conditions: 1. Proven practical experience in executing (restaurants, cafes, and luxury villas). 2. Full familiarity with municipal and civil defense requirements for commercial projects. 3. High ability to make immediate technical decisions on-site. 4. Honesty and integrity in quantity surveying and managing the allocated budget.
