Peace be upon you I am offering an Indian Ringneck parrot, hand-raised from a chick, hatched and raised by me. Gender is approximately male, not clear yet. The neck ring hasn't appeared yet, it might appear later or not. The bird is in excellent health and cleanliness. Wings are slightly clipped on one side, but it's not noticeable on the body that it's clipped.
