This is a *sit-up bench* or *ab crunch bench* also called an *abdominal decline bench*.
It's gym equipment used for core workouts.
*How it works:*
- The curved blue pad is where you lie down
- The black foam rollers lock your feet/ankles in place
- You do sit-ups or crunches on the decline, which makes them harder than floor sit-ups
*Main uses:*
1. *Sit-ups/crunches* - targets upper and lower abs
2. *Russian twists* - for obliques
3. *Leg raises* - if you flip around and hold the rollers
