Some of the rubber feet that support the device are missing, as shown in the pictures. I actually bought a complete piece for cooling and supporting the device. The cooling piece is not because the device overheats; it's normal for any device to heat up, but this one doesn't make any noise. The cooling enhances its efficiency. I also bought black protectors for the fan areas where dust enters to reduce the amount of dust entering the device. The device comes with: 1. The Xbox Series S device and its box. 2.
