We are looking for a part-time personal secretary to organize and follow up on administrative tasks.
Job Responsibilities:
* Manage and organize appointments and daily schedule
* Follow up on transactions and requests through electronic platforms
* Coordinate correspondence and official replies
* Organize and save files and documents
* Follow up on daily workflow
Requirements:
* Proficiency in computer use (Word – Excel)
* High ability in organization and accuracy
* Good communication skills
* Previous experience in administrative work is preferred
* Commitment and complete confidentiality in work

* Part-time
* In-person / Remote (as agreed)
