First: Financial Vision and Expected Income The financial model has been built on different scenarios for occupancy rate/capacity to ensure clarity of vision under all circumstances: Second: Guarantees and Rights Protection To ensure the highest standards of financial and legal security for all parties, we commit to the following: • Official Documentation: Officially registering the partnership in the commercial registry. • Legal Protection: Drafting the partnership agreement by a specialized lawyer and authenticating it through the "Thiqah" platform. • Banking Linkage: Officially accrediting the partnership with the bank to guarantee financial rights. • Financial Governance: No financial amounts will be disbursed except with the approval of all parties signing the partnership. • Financing Management: The partnership agreement is linked to construction financing for 10 years, with a grace period of two years, with the loan registered in my personal name (the project owner). Third: Available Investment Paths We open the door to join the project through two paths: 1. Strategic Partner Path: • Salary must be 10,000 SAR or more. • No current loans in the credit history. • (Additional benefit: The loan is not registered in the partner's name). 2. Financer Path (Shell Construction): • Financing of 1,250,000 SAR for the structural phase (shell). • Profits and interests for the partner are extracted from the achieved financing value.
