Job Title: Real Estate Development Accountant Description: A real estate development company in Riyadh is looking for an accountant with practical experience in real estate projects, cost management, feasibility studies, and contributing to supporting investment decisions. Responsibilities: Managing accounts for real estate development projects Preparing and following up on costs (land – construction – operation) Preparing cash flows Preparing feasibility studies and financial models Knowledge of costs and following up on off-plan sales accounts (Wafi) Collecting and analyzing real estate market data (prices, offers, demand, similar projects) Coordinating with government agencies and banks when needed Requirements: Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling Knowledge of Wafi systems and taxation Ability to analyze costs and prepare reports Preferably knowledgeable about real estate tax systems Preferably has worked on company projects before Benefits: Salary determined by experience Company car provided for work Send CV to direct message
