The program aims to build a highly proficient legal personality, specifically in Civil Law, to reach the level of a "competent legal advisor specialized in the "Civil" aspect." This is the law that opens horizons for every legal professional, whether they are aspiring to practice law or are already practicing, enabling them to understand and deal with all other laws with professionalism, mastery, and comprehensive excellence. **Program Contents: The program will cover the foundational theoretical aspects of Civil Law through the following: First - Studying the six core courses upon which Civil Law is built and founded. Second - Studying the Civil Transactions Law issued by Royal Decree No. (M/191) dated 11/29/1444 AH, with precise and detailed coverage of all 720 articles to achieve full comprehension and understanding. 1- Principles of Law ("Introduction to the Study of Law") 2- Sources of Obligation 3- Provisions of Obligation 4- Property Rights 5- Civil Contracts 6- Real and Personal Guarantees Third: Study Mechanism and Plan 1- Teaching will be conducted through "private lessons" in person at the home of each participant. 2- Teaching and explanation will be based on clear legal notes for each Civil Law course, providing direct access to information without any superfluous content or confusion in conveying the information. 3- The study duration for a detailed, intensive, and accurate understanding of "Civil Law," starting from the core courses and concluding with the explanation of the "Civil Transactions Law," will be approximately three continuous months, with four lectures per week, each lasting about one and a half to two hours. 4- Each participant will receive a USB flash drive containing a diverse electronic legal library in PDF format to aid in building a legal and intellectual culture that assists them in practicing the profession with utmost strength and excellent expertise. **In conclusion, you will possess a complete mastery of Civil Law, reaching the level of a civil law consultant, and will be able to provide legal opinions on all aspects and branches of Civil Law with complete accuracy, clarity, and sound knowledge.
