The candidate should be proficient in using office software, communicate in both Arabic and English, possess basic design knowledge, and preferably have familiarity with the real estate and leasing work environment. Tasks and Responsibilities Accurately enter data and organize records Organize and manage files (paper and electronic) Prepare and write official letters in Arabic and English Manage and handle billboard design files Communicate professionally with clients via email Support marketing activities and tasks Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator Strong organizational and management skills Basic knowledge in marketing Familiarity with the basics of real estate and leasing operations Proficiency in Arabic (essential) and English (required) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred Skills High accuracy in work Ability to multitask Adherence to deadlines Professional communication style How to Apply [hr.department22333@gmail.com]
