Tasks and Responsibilities: · Full management of the e-commerce store on Salla, Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, and Noon platforms. · Optimizing product pages and user experience (CRO) to increase conversion rates and sales. · Planning and executing paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, Snap, and TikTok platforms to achieve the best Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). · Analyzing store and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Pixel, and preparing weekly performance reports. · Managing social media accounts and creating engaging visual content (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator). · Receiving customers at the office and providing professional consultations for selling smart systems and surveillance camera packages. · Coordinating installation appointments with technicians and monitoring final customer satisfaction. Required Skills: · Proven practical experience in managing e-commerce stores on Salla, Shopify, or WooCommerce. · Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) basics. · Good knowledge of handling Amazon and Noon Seller Central dashboards. · Full proficiency in Arabic, and a very good level in English (for managing platforms and reports). · Exceptional sales and persuasion skills, and a willingness to deal directly with customers. · Proficiency in design software (Canva is essential, Photoshop/Illustrator is preferred).
