Success Dimensions Travel and Tourism Company in Makkah Al-Mukarramah announces the opening of applications for the position of "Travel and Tourism Department Manager". We are not looking for an employee, but for an "engine" for the department who possesses comprehensive experience and the ability to execute from A to Z without guidance.
Requirements and Tasks:
Technical Management: Complete mastery of global airline reservation systems (GDS) and direct dealings with airlines.
Integrated Services: Full responsibility for issuing visas (including Schengen), designing tourism packages, and securing hotel reservations.
Supplier Management: Ability to build and manage relationships with airlines and external suppliers and secure the best contracts.
Self-Execution: A "decision-making" leadership personality that initiates execution and does not wait for orders.
Work System and Benefits:
Probationary Period: (3) months, during which the manager will be the sole operator of the department to prove operational efficiency and profitability.
Empowerment Phase: After successfully passing the probationary period:
Immediate sponsorship transfer to the company owners.
Full authority to form and request a team under their direct management.
Salary and benefits will be determined based on the actual performance achieved during the trial period.
