Found a tame cat in North Obhur, the cat might be lost or abandoned :( I think he is about 3 years old. I saw him in a vacant lot in the neighborhood. The cat is very, very thin. I try to feed him every time I see him, and unfortunately, this is all I can do. The cat is kind and loves people. He needs a warm home to take care of him. If anyone can adopt him, please contact me.
