There is a cat that has been under our apartment for almost a month. It's clear the hot weather has tired him out.. I give him food periodically.. and he cannot hear.. He doesn't approach or trust people, but it's clear he's a house cat.. Whoever is able to save him or knows someone who rescues cats, please contact me privately.
