Site Engineer / Projects Supervisor for Restoration and Maintenance To work on restoration and maintenance projects in the Eastern Province Responsibilities: * Full field supervision of restoration and maintenance works * Following up on daily workers and contractors * Receiving works and ensuring quality control * Following up on works: * Tiles * Paints * Plumbing * Electricity * Air conditioning * Submitting daily reports with pictures * Inventory of required materials and submitting purchase requests * Rapidly handling site emergencies Requirements: * Actual experience in restoration, finishing, and maintenance * Ability to manage the site and make decisions * Good knowledge of building materials and market prices * Field personality and strong site presence * Ability to withstand work pressure and move between sites * Preference for those with experience in rapid restoration or maintenance projects Important: * The job is field-based, not office-based * A practical person is required, not theoretical * Applicants will be tested practically on-site before final approval Salary will be determined after the interview based on experience and competence.
