The monitor is new, God is my witness, and it has no scratches, dents, or anything you can complain about (like new, as they say). The monitor is visually very beautiful and its resolution is good. There is no reason that made me sell it except that its size is larger than what I need. (There was a mistake from Amazon that they wrote the monitor is 27 inches, but in reality it is 31.5 inches). However, the rest of the things they wrote are correct in terms of response, display quality, refresh rate, and other information is correct, only the size is wrong.
