The rims are used, very clean, guaranteed to be free of shaking and everything. Except for one, it has a small dent on the lip, but it doesn't shake, leak air, or anything. I mentioned it for exoneration and honesty. I haven't had any issues with the rims. Made in China, and their paint is excellent with its shine. The rims come with lug nuts and caps.
