Table manners are based on sharing grace and sharing blessings, and "May God bless food over which hands have gathered" .. But every rule has an exception. The exception is the profession of the taster, who used to taste the food alone, before others and without sharing it with them. He did not do this out of selfishness or individualism, as this was his old profession and mission, willingly or unwillingly. The taster was merely a potential victim, risking each time to taste his master's or ruler's food to ensure it was safe and free of poison. But today, the purpose of this profession has changed.. it has changed a lot. And it has become a purely commercial profession .. increasing the restaurant's income .. Or increasing the product's fame .. and making it rare, distinctive, and famous!! .. There is a world-class taster!!
