Role Overview:
We are seeking a charismatic and sophisticated professional to serve as the face of our brand within elite circles. This role transcends traditional sales; it is about cultivating high-stakes strategic relationships with Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNWIs) and corporate giants. You will act as our official ambassador in exclusive meetings, private circles, and high-profile events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the firm in formal engagements with VVIP clients and strategic partners, articulating our value proposition with poise and precision.
• Business Development: Proactively identify and acquire new members, focusing on UHNWIs, government entities, and blue-chip corporations.
• Strategic Negotiation: Lead high-level negotiations and close bespoke service agreements, maintaining the hallmark of luxury hospitality throughout the process.
• Relationship Management: Build and nurture a robust global network of partners, including Michelin-starred restaurants, five-star hotels, and private aviation firms to ensure unparalleled access for our clients.
• Performance Reporting: Deliver comprehensive insights and regular reports on sales performance and feedback gathered from field engagements.
Requirements & Qualifications:
• Presentation & Etiquette: Impeccable professional grooming and exceptional communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Professional Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years in the luxury sector, high-end real estate, private banking, or premium hospitality.
• Social Intelligence: The ability to navigate complex social dynamics in high-level meetings and intuitively understand the needs of an elite clientele.
• Flexibility: Availability for evening engagements, high-profile events, and international travel as required.
