Restaurant Executive, Operations, and Development Manager. Seeking employment. Syrian nationality. 16 years of experience in establishing, managing, operating, and developing restaurants. - Managing daily operations of branches - Managing employees and evaluating their performance - Managing costs and finances - Managing inventory and procurement - Monitoring product quality - Developing the operational manual - Developing recipes - Menu engineering - Reducing costs and waste - Finding the break-even point - Revenue, procurement, and expense reports - Profit and loss reports - Establishing new branches - Establishing central kitchens - Recruiting chefs and employees - Developing strategic plans for expansion and proliferation - Developing everything that needs development in the restaurant, including visual identity, products, operational procedures, employees, suppliers, and restaurant decor according to the new identity.
