The device is clean, has not entered maintenance, and is covered with a skin that you can remove to reveal the original black color of the device. It has two dust filters installed at the back. The device comes with the power cord. The controller has no issues except for minor wear on the analog stick's rubber and a very slight lag in the R2 button, to be honest.
