We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to manage sourcing, supplier relationships, and purchasing activities across our heavy equipment, spare parts, and general trading divisions. You will play a key role in keeping our operations running efficiently by securing the right parts and equipment at the best value and on time.
Key Responsibilities
Source and purchase heavy equipment spare parts, consumables, and materials from local and international suppliers.
Manage the full procurement cycle — RFQs, purchase orders, delivery follow-up, and invoice processing.
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, negotiate pricing, lead times, and terms.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse and operations team to avoid shortages.
Handle import/export documentation for international purchases, including customs clearance coordination.
Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and Saudi regulations.
Maintain accurate records in the ERP/purchasing system and prepare procurement reports.
