I am a barista with strong experience in coffee and customer service. I have worked at Starbucks and Tim Hortons, and I have other experiences and skills that have helped me develop my abilities in dealing with customers, working under pressure, and organizing work. My passion for coffee is great, and I have a certified barista trainer certificate from Starbucks, in addition to 6 academic certificates specialized in coffee and barista. I know how to work with team spirit, deal professionally with customers, and I am keen on providing high quality and an excellent experience with every cup.
