Entering accounting entries and data via computer and performing the required comparisons.
Following up on any dues to or from the company and recording them in the system by entering them into the computer or into the accounts of suppliers or other parties.
Maintaining a set of accounting books, recording accounting entries, and posting them.
Participating in counting daily sales amounts.
Handling banking transactions through the company's bank account.
Paper and electronic archiving of financial documents.
Participating in periodic inventory of branches, warehouses, and the general treasury.
Calculating the cost of the company's sales.
Preparing the tax return.
Preparing the required data for the financial statements and the balance sheet, and preparing adjustment entries.
Preparing financial claims, following up on collection processes, and examining accounts receivable.
Previous experience working on an ERP accounting system is preferred.
Good knowledge of using common accounting software in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Ability to prepare monthly reports on revenues and expenses.
Ability to withstand work pressure.
Ability to cooperate with others to complete joint tasks and projects.
Ability to identify problems, analyze causes, and find creative and effective solutions.
Organization and prioritization to ensure efficient task completion.
