We are looking for an accountant with experience in managing factory and branch accounts, to join our team at the clothing factory and manage the financial and operational accounts of the branches. Job Responsibilities: - Managing daily accounts for the factory and branches. - Accurately recording sales, purchases, and expenses. - Monitoring inventory movement and ensuring quantities match the system. - Preparing monthly and annual financial reports. - Following up on bank accounts and financial reconciliations. - Reviewing supplier and customer invoices. - Monitoring employee salaries and attendance. - Controlling production, sewing, and raw material costs. - Following up on accounts receivable and customer collections. - Supervising branch accounts and ensuring the accuracy of daily revenues. - Professional use of ERP systems and data/report management. - Working with accounting software and point-of-sale systems, and preparing required reports for management. Requirements: - Previous experience in accounting, preferably in factories or the clothing sector. - Proficiency in using ERP systems and accounting software. - Mastery of Excel. - Ability to withstand work pressure and meticulous follow-up. - Strong organizational and management skills. - Commitment and discipline in work.
