Security Manager / Security Operations Manager We are looking for an experienced Security Manager to lead and operate the security system for a high-end residential complex, oversee the security of residents and facilities, manage guard teams, surveillance systems, and emergency protocols, ensuring the highest standards of security, safety, and quality of life within the complex. Duties and Responsibilities: * Full supervision of security operations and guards within the complex * Managing security teams and supervisors, organizing shifts and daily tasks * Monitoring entry and exit procedures for visitors, contractors, and residents * Supervising CCTV systems, Access Control, and the control room * Following up on malfunctions and coordinating with maintenance companies and suppliers * Preparing emergency and evacuation plans and responding to security incidents and fires * Preparing periodic security reports and submitting recommendations to management * Professionally handling resident feedback and complaints related to security * Developing security procedures and policies and improving safety and operational standards Required Qualifications: * Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management for residential complexes, hotels, or large facilities * Experience in managing guard teams and security systems * Good knowledge of safety, emergency, and civil defense procedures * High leadership and organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure * Proficiency in using security systems and electronic reporting * Previous experience in residential compounds or hospitality is preferred * Proficiency in English is an added advantage juthoorco@gmail.com
