Creating and designing the chart of accounts according to international standards and in line with the nature, size, and type of activity. - Entering daily accounting entries. - Issuing financial reports. - Entering purchase and sales invoices. - Preparing, auditing, and submitting Value Added Tax (VAT). - Following up on customer and supplier accounts. - Settling advance accounts. - Reconciling bank accounts. - Monitoring cash flow. - Preparing special reports for the owner and manager. - Recording all financial transactions (sales / purchases / salaries / discounts). - Experience with government platforms and issuing certificates and employee contracts (Gawi - Social Insurance - Najiz - Madad - Human Resources - Ministry of Commerce). - Experience in the payroll and compliance system (Madad) and compliance rate. - Transferring sponsorships and all employee-related matters. - Ability to create internal work systems to facilitate and simplify tasks. - Creating an integrated documentary cycle. - Commitment, honesty, and maintaining business secrets.
