Ad Type: Looking for employee : A major real estate company in Riyadh city announces its need to hire a part-time Scheduler and Site Engineer with the following qualifications: * Applicant must be of Saudi nationality. * Hold a Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering or Structural Engineering. * Possess complete knowledge of execution items from the structural stages to the final finishes. * Proficiency in preparing and monitoring project schedules in coordination with contractors. * Possess a high ability to work under pressure and adhere to schedules. * Work with a team spirit with project managers and executive team members. * Prepare accurate daily and weekly reports on site progress. * Demonstrate discipline and accuracy in transparently conveying information to project management. * Proficiency in using Primavera software for schedule management. * Mastery of Excel for preparing schedules and reports. * 2 to 3 years of experience in site execution. * 1 to 2 years of experience in preparing schedules and monitoring execution.
