Job Duties:
* Managing and organizing daily emails and correspondence.
* Maintaining and organizing administrative files and documents with high professionalism.
* Coordinating and following up on the General Manager's appointments and meetings.
* Receiving requests and complaints, referring them to the relevant departments, and following up on related procedures.
Requirements:
* Organized and polite personality in dealing.
* Professional appearance befitting the work environment.
* High skills in organization, follow-up, and bearing work responsibilities.
* Proficiency in using email and office administrative tasks.
Preference will be given to Saudi nationals or those born in the Kingdom, and proximity to the Al-Sharafiyah area is also preferred.
