We are looking for an experienced and ambitious livestock production engineer (sheep) to join our startup farm. The candidate must be able to effectively establish and improve livestock production operations. They will play a significant role in developing and enhancing systems, ensuring maximum efficiency, quality, and profitability. Required Success Factors: * Strong analytical ability and deep understanding of livestock production processes. * Design and implementation of performance improvement strategies. * Effective interaction with the team, motivation, and good management to achieve goals. * Updating and developing systems in line with the latest technologies in livestock production. Responsibilities: * Define and develop user requirements for production systems to ensure maximum usability. * Organize livestock production operations (fattening, mothers, milking) effectively and according to best practices. * Ability to handle all types of animals (sheep / goats). * Monitor production quality and analyze data to improve performance. * Manage and train the technical team and workers to ensure the achievement of set goals. * Provide periodic reports on production performance and suggest improvements. * Permanent presence on the farm. Qualifications: * At least 5 years of practical experience in livestock production. * Graduate of the Faculty of Agriculture, Department of Animal Production. * Communication skills and basic computer skills. * Deep understanding of modern and traditional technologies in livestock production. * Ability to work and manage a team.
