Administrative role in establishing and operating. I have worked in the largest restaurants and kitchens and have established more than one restaurant. I have full knowledge of all correct management methods, from establishment to raising tax declarations. If you are facing problems with lack of clarity, irregular operations, a lot of randomness, or incomprehensible aspects in your work, including costs, profit margins, employee organization, reaching customers, retaining customers, increasing average bill size, or insufficient data for decision-making. What distinguishes me: - Complete knowledge of the market and true customer desires. - Accounting knowledge in addition to administrative knowledge. - Transforming most work sections into numbers and technology, saving a lot of time and effort. - Providing sufficient reports that clarify strengths and weaknesses and guide decision-making. - Good dealings with suppliers and the ability to persuade. - Solving financial problems and overcoming difficulties. - Gradually training employees to achieve better efficiency. - Proficiency in the English language.
