2 Restaurant Manager
7 Minimum 4 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably with previous experience working in hotels.
7 Full knowledge of operating systems, quality standards, and approved labor laws.
7 High skills in leadership, work scheduling, customer service, and professional problem-solving.
Ability to develop plans to increase sales, improve performance, and prepare periodic reports.
Polite in speech and presentable appearance, and ability to work under pressure.
General Requirements:
• Age not to exceed 50 years.
• Preferred nationality: Lebanese.
