Direct field supervision and control of execution quality in accordance with engineering plans and specifications. Manage and audit interim payment certificates, quantity surveying, and reduce financial waste (cost management). Coordinate and deal with subcontractors, suppliers, and governmental or consulting bodies. Submit periodic and accurate reports on work progress and completion rates to management. 🎯 Conditions and Qualifications: Experience: Not less than 5 years in the contracting and construction sector (preferably with experience in the Saudi market). Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil / Architectural / Construction Management) or equivalent. Proficiency in project management software (such as MS Project or Primavera) and basic engineering software. Possess strong leadership skills in managing work teams and solving field problems.
