Ad Type: Looking for employee Experience Level: intermediate Contract Type: Full-time Qualification: Bachelor Job Title: General Financial Accountant (Experience in Retail and Warehousing Sector) Work Location: [Medina, Saudi Arabia] Nature of Work: Full-time Job Description: Seeking to hire a highly competent and honest financial accountant (of Egyptian nationality) with strong practical experience in managing accounts, warehouses, and controlling the movement of multiple items. The accountant will be responsible for the complete documentary and financial cycle of the institution's activity, which operates in the field of (selling electrical materials, building materials, plumbing materials, and contracting), and the accurate linkage between warehouse movement, sales, and supplier accounts. Key Tasks and Responsibilities: Manage and direct daily accounting entries, and reconcile cash (cashier) and bank movements. Follow up and inventory warehouses (periodic and surprise) and reconcile actual balances with the accounting software to address any shortages or waste. Manage supplier and customer accounts, prepare "aging reports" and strictly follow up on collections to ensure liquidity. Issue and follow up on electronic invoices and ensure their compliance with government and tax regulations and laws. Prepare tax returns (Value Added Tax) accurately and on time. Provide periodic financial reports (profit and loss, sales movement, and pricing analysis) to senior management. Qualifications and Required Conditions (Specifications): Nationality: Egyptian Required Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Accounting Experience: Not less than 3 to 5 years in commercial accounting (highly preferred to have previous experience in the building materials, contracting, plumbing, or electrical sectors). Technical Skills: Complete and very advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis). Previous practical experience in using accounting systems and ERP software (such as: Odoo, Qoyod, Daffater, Sumaak, or similar). Personal Attributes: Strong personality and ability to control internal control, honesty and high accuracy, and good handling under work pressure and multiple items.
