Experience in completing governmental and private procedures for establishing and opening new cafes and restaurants.
Developing your restaurant/cafes and elevating them to a very high level of service and quality.
Training staff and administrators:
- Hospitality and service
- Problem-solving and customer satisfaction
- Training trainers and preparing them
Creating menus, menu engineering, updating, and developing them.
Calculating menu costs and pricing them for sale.
Creating professional recipe books.
Controlling costs and inventory, and reducing waste.
By establishing operating systems to control restaurants and manage costs and waste.
Developing plans to increase sales and utilize available resources.
Conducting local field marketing to increase sales.
Monthly reports to measure performance standards and develop plans to improve and benefit from them.
Developing expansion plans and implementing them.
Setting quality standards, implementing them, and following up on them.
