-Experience in strategic financial planning and managing growth and expansion, with expertise in evaluating projects and investments using financial feasibility indicators, contributing to expansion and acquisition decisions when available, in addition to financial restructuring, profitability improvement, and building effective contingency plans for crisis management and ensuring business continuity.
I have high leadership skills in leading and developing multidisciplinary financial teams, building financial structures, policies, and procedures, and professional communication with senior management, the board of directors, banks, and investors.
-Experience in preparing and presenting executive financial presentations and providing clear data-driven analyses to support strategic decisions.
