Lexus LS Peace be upon you. I have clean original headlights for Lexus LS600 from 2010 - 2012, with the headlight washer nozzle. They might need polishing. Of course, they fit LS 460 from 2007 - 2012. They were installed on my LS 460 2007 car, and they are shown in the pictures.
