A specialty coffee roastery in the Eastern Province announces its desire to attract experienced sales representative(s) to develop distribution channels within specialty cafes in the region and the Kingdom.
Given the nature of the product — high-quality specialty coffee including rare infusion varieties — and the specificities of the specialty cafe sector and its purchasing decision-making process, we are looking for sales professionals with specific qualifications not found in traditional representatives.
Requirements:
• Proven experience of at least three years specifically in supplying specialty coffee to cafes (hotels, retail, and general wholesale are desirable but less prioritized).
• Direct professional network with head baristas and procurement managers in specialty cafes.
• Practical understanding of decision-making dynamics within cafes, and the ability to deal with the actual decision-maker in a manner suitable for this sector.
• Full proficiency in Arabic and English, spoken and written (proficiency in an additional language is a significant advantage).
• Advanced sales skills based on value proposition, not price competition.
• High professional commitment and ability to build long-term business relationships.
